Dear Members of the West Beach Club,
The annual Beach Party is Saturday August 3rd. This is a wonderful summertime tradition at the WBC and we have two priorities, safety and fun. This is a party for our members and our goal is to make sure this night remains an event that we all look forward to every summer.
We are excited to welcome back for the second year, Classic Yellow! Doors will open at 7pm and close at midnight. Jason and his team at the snack bar will be open for food and beverage (non-alcoholic).
To keep the party fun, safe, and within capacity, we are adhering to the same rules as last year regarding ticket sales and guests. Please see below.
• Doors close at 9:30 pm
o No entry into the beach party after this time
o Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult
• No re-entry
o If you leave the WBC you will not be allowed back in. There will be security monitoring every entry and exit point
• Each MEMBERSHIP is allowed to bring two guests(exceptions will be made if guests are immediate family members).
o This is NOT two guests per person, it is based on your membership. If you have a family membership and 6 people in your family, your entire membership can bring a total of 2 additional guests.
o We will need the name of your guests and ages prior to the event
• You are responsible for the behavior of your party and your guests
o Should there be an incident regarding anyone in your party, your membership will be subject to suspension
• Tickets sales
o Anyone with an overdue balance and still owes membership fees will be restricted from buying a beach party ticket until their balance is paid in full
o Tickets cannot be charged to accounts. They can be purchased at the front desk with cash or credit card
o There will be NO ticket sales at the door and ZERO exceptions to this rule
o Tickets must be purchased by the member. Guests cannot purchase their own tickets.
o Members and guests will check in at the front desk when they arrive night of and will receive their wrist band to enter the party
o Ticket prices: Member Price: $40 Guest Price: $50
o We will notify members when tickets go on sale and when/where/who they can purchase them from.
• No drugs or underage drinking will be permitted
o If anyone under the age of 21 is in possession of alcohol or deemed under the influence of alcohol they will be asked to leave
• Please limit glass at the event
o If glass is broken we will need to pause the band and clear the area to ensure proper and safe clean up
• No Swimming
o Swimming the night of the beach party is prohibited. If a member or guest is found swimming they will be asked to leave and their membership will be subject to suspension
• Clean up!
o At the conclusion of the event, please make sure all ofyour belongings are cleaned up. It is not the WBCstaff or the boards job to clean up after you. If the staff and board deem that the premises is left in an unruly state, the 2024 Beach Party will be re-evaluated.
o We will be asking for volunteers for a clean-up committee. If we do not have enough people who volunteer the band will need to stop early to allow time for cleanup.
The WBC Beach Party is a night for members and their families to come together and enjoy a night of socializing, dancing, and appreciating the amazing and unique club we are lucky enough to be part of. If we feel that rules and regulations were not followed, or if there are any reported incidents, the 2025 WBC Beach Party will be re-evaluated.
Don’t forget to stop by the Beach Boutique on Friday August 2nd from 10-4. There will be a wonderful array of vendors and it will be a fun day of shopping!
